Suspicious Vehicle (6-11-14)

A resident in the 1800 block of Pennsylvania reported that there is a suspicious vehicle parked at the corner of Pennsylvania and Ohio Avenue on Ohio with subjects inside.  Lt. Puhek spoke with the subjects from Valparaiso, IN  who are waiting on a friend.
