Tenants Smoking Cannabis (4-10-15)

A resident in the 2000 block of Davidson Place reported that the upstairs two apartment tenants are smoking cannabis on the hallway stairs.  Officers reported that there is a slight odor in the hallway but no contact was made with the tenants.
