Theft at Fagan Pharmacy (2-2-15)

Officers were detailed to Fagan Pharmacy in reference to a male white subject with dark hair and a dark coat stealing liquor.  The subject was last seen heading north bound on Indianapolis Blvd. driving a blue Volkswagen with Illinois Plates.  Officers attempted to stop the subject who then fled the area.
