Theft at Whihala Beach (8-8-15)

An employee from Whihala Beach reported another theft at the beach.  Officers spoke with a subject from Chicago reporting his HTC1 T-Mobile phone was taken along with his Debit Card, State I.D., his FOID card, and his Driver’s License.
