Tires Slashed (9-9-14)

An officer was detailed to the 1200 block of 121st Street to report that a resident from Hammond is reporting that 5 tires on two of his vehicles had been slashed during the evening hours.  The complainant suspected that the damage was done by a female who is having issues with his daughter.
