Trailer Blocking Alley (1-20-15)

A resident in the 1600 block of Cleveland Avenue reported 4 subjects in the alley loading or unloading 4 wheelers into a pick up truck with a trailer and they might be dumping oil onto his property.  Officers stopped the trailer on 119th Street to check the vins.  Officers reported that the trailer had a temporary Texas plate on it.  Officers checked the vins on all vehicles and they came back clear.
