Trying to Locate Subject (4-13-15)

Sgt. Sopo advised that he is in the area of 119th Street and Oliver Street attempting to locate a Manual J Ramos of 2519 White Oat Avenue, Whiting IN.  The subject was last seen in that area wearing a blue jacket and jeans heading eastbound on 119th Street.  The subject has active warrants out of Lake County for Failure to Comply Juv. Paternity and a warrant out of Allen County for FTA Public Intoxication.  Officers reported unable to locate the subject.
