Unauthorized Use Debit Card (12-18-14)

A resident in the 1300 block of 119th Street came into the Whiting PD to report the unauthorized use of his debit card.  The complainant believes that he dropped the card outside of his apartment building.  The complainant reported that the card was then used at Sun Rise Restaurant.
