Unlicensed Contractor (10-9-14)

Whiting Building Commissioner reported an unlicensed contractor doing work on a house in the 1400 block of Ohio Avenue.  Sgt. Cooper spoke with the contractor and stopped all the work until he could be licensed with the City and also obtain a permit.
