A resident in the 1200 block of 121st Street reported that the basement window had just got broken out.  dispatched received a call from the tenant in the basement apartment who was the callers brother who stated that his ex-wife was just there pounding on the window and may have broken it.  The tenant stated that she wanted to see her son who is not there.  The ex-wife was stopped by the police and was advised that she would pay for the window.
