Whiting PD was detailed to the 1900 block of New York Avenue to a report from a resident that a subject threw a brick through his window.  The complainant reported that the subject is in a blue/teal colored Nissan.  Officers advised the complainant to have the property owner make the police report.  Ofc. Trinidad reported finding the vehicle that matched the description in a parking lot on Standard.  Officers recovered a brick matching the one that was thrown through the window in the car.
