Vehicle Accident (6-22-14)

Units were detailed to the 1800 block of Sheridan Avenue in reference to a motor vehicle crash.  Involved was Eli D. Panayotovich of 1729 Sheridan Avenue, Whiting, IN and a parked vehicle of a resident in the 1800 block of Sheridan Avenue.  Sgt. Butler arrested Eli Panayotovich for Unreasonable Speed, No License in Possession, No Proof of Financial Responsibility.  L.t Abner called out.  Panayotovich was booked in at the Whiting PD and transported to the hospital for testing.
