Vehicle Doing Donuts in Parking Lot (5-8-14)

Whiting Fire Chief reported that there is a SUV doing donuts and squealing its tires in the parking lot by the pavilion.  Officers checked the area with negative results.  The vehicle left the area before officers arrived.
