Vehicle Driving In and Out of Lane of Traffic (5-11-14)

Whiting PD received a call of a female in a Silver Toyota either reading or writing and driving in and out of her lane of traffic.  The vehicle is northbound on Indianapolis Blvd. just past 129th Street.  Sgt. Cooper curbed the vehicle at Indianapolis Blvd. and Myrtle Avenue and spoke with the driver who was dodging pot holes.
