Hammond PD received a call from a subject from the 2100 block of New York Avenue reporting that someone loosened the lug nuts on his vehicle.  Officer Prevatte reported no answer at the door for a report.  The officer left a message on his answering machine.  The complainant called back advising that he lives in the 2700 block of New York Avenue.  Hammond PD was notified.
