Vehicle Vandalism (12-16-14)

A resident in the 1500 block of Central Avenue reported that persons unknown took the front wheel from her 2010 Chevy Malibu.  Officers reported that the person had taken the front passenger wheel from the vehicle and left the car on the jack.
