Vehicle Vandalism (8-25-14)

Officer Prevatte came across a vehicle with the door open in the 1900 block of Clark Street.  Officers reported that items were thrown around in the car and the glove box and center council was open.  The vehicle is a 2000 Gold Ford Explorer.
