Vehicles Ransacked (8-25-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Oliver Street reported that his Dark Blue Kia and his Red Saab convertible were ransacked during the evening hours.  The complainant reported that only misc. change was taken from the vehicles.  The complainant also reported that when he came home around 0200 hrs. he observed three black male subjects down the street from his house and two of them were in the street and one was half way into a car.
