Youths Knocking Over Garbage Cans (9-21-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Sheridan Avenue reported youths knocking over garbage cans in the 1700 and 1800 blocks of Sheridan Avenue.  One of the youths is on a bike wearing a dark colored hoodie.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
