      Survey Results 

      Residents of Whiting have been using the new tote (roll out carts) system 
      for garbage and recycling for 6-months now. What do you think of the 
      system now that you've had several months experience using it?

      It's working great. Very convenient and a huge improvement over the old 
      system.: 57%


      Outside of a few minor issues, I am satisfied with the new system.: 30%


      I'm neither happy or disappointed with the change.: 7%


      The system is a bit less convenient for me and I prefer the old 55-gallon 
      drums and curbside recycling.: 3%


      I do not like the new system and wish that the City go back to the 
      55-gallon drums and curbside recycling.: 1%
