119th Street Snow Route

In anticipation of the upcoming snow event, the City of Whiting would like to remind residents that 119th Street is designated as an Emergency Snow Route.  When snow accumulation exceeds two (2) inches, parking on 119th is prohibited.  Any vehicle parked on 119th Street after two (2) inches of accumulated snow has fallen will be ticketed and towed.

Please utilize the public parking lots located throughout the city to re-locate your vehicles during snow storms.
