BP Continues Commissioning New Equipment

BP will be commissioning more of the new facility. The flare stack will be energized in the weeks to come and steam as well as test flames may be seen as some activity there is expected. The flare stack has a high visibility. We shared this information so that the casual observer and resident would be aware and not be alarmed.
