Cline Avenue Bridge Community Rewards Program

Mayor Spebar, the City of Whiting, and the Cline Avenue Bridge are pleased to announce the Community Rewards Program. Residents and businesses of the Whiting/Robertsdale area who are enrolled in this program can take the Cline Avenue Bridge for a discounted rate of $1.00 per crossing. You will need to register your 2-axle vehicle and transponder and make 10 or more crossings per month, paying directly from your I-PASS or E-ZPass at the time of travel, to be eligible for the discount.
