Horizon Bank Robbed

Horizon Bank located at 1321 – 119th Street, Whiting, IN was robbed on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 4:07 pm.

The suspect was a white male in his late teens to early 20’s, slim build, 5’7″ to 5’9″ with glasses.  He was wearing a light colored baseball cap with the letter P on it, a light blue sweatshirt with jeans and white tennis shoes.  The suspect was very nervous.  He display no weapons but handed the teller a handwritten note.  In the note he told the teller to “quietly place 100’s, 50’s and 20’s on the counter, not bundled and don’t press the panic button and nobody will get hurt and I’m dead serious.”  The suspect left the bank heading west on 119th Street.
