JANUARY 17TH CUBS WORLD SERIES TROPHY APPEARANCE POSTPONED:

The City of Whiting has been notified that the January 17th Cubs World Series Trophy appearance has been postponed. We are still included in the 2017 World Series Trophy Tour. The new date, time and location are to be determined. As soon as these details are presented to us, we promise to let everyone know.

The trophy’s popularity along with all that it represents, leads to immense efforts in creating the very best route to reach the many Chicago Cubs fan bases/markets.

Similar to the 10th inning rain delay in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series, we have encountered a bit of a delay ourselves. However, when the trophy arrives, the reaction from Whiting will be that much bigger, the fans will cheer that much louder, and our entire City will be overjoyed as we welcome the Chicago Cubs, the World Series Trophy,

and all who come to see it.

This too will be worth the wait!
