Reserving Parking Spaces on Street

The City of Whiting will be removing any chairs, cones, horses, etc., (“Dibs”) which are used to reserve parking spaces on the street beginning March 10, 2021.  These “Dibs” will be removed from the street and placed on your parkway or sidewalk.  Beginning March 17, 2021, if we see any “Dibs” used to reserve parking spaces in the street, they will be taken away and discarded.  Please share this information with neighbors and friends who may not have access to the Internet or Social Media.
